1. Who we are

These terms govern orders placed through options.com.sa. The service is provided by OPTIONS, commercial registration 1009184592, Al Arid, North Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Contact: ops@options.com.sa or WhatsApp +966 53 096 6880.

2. Orders and confirmation

What you submit through the site is an order request, not a binding contract. We review it and contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm. The order becomes binding on both sides when we confirm it and issue the invoice.

Before confirmation we may decline or adjust a request (for example if an item is unavailable or the address is outside our area) and will tell you why.

3. Minimums, lead time and delivery

The minimum online order is 10 boxes and the maximum is 500. Orders need 24 hours before the delivery time, or 48 hours from 51 boxes. We do not deliver same-day.

We deliver within the city of Riyadh every day at a delivery time of your choice between 8am and 11pm, and on Fridays from 2pm. Someone must be available at the address to receive the order at the chosen time.

4. Prices

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Delivery is free for orders of 15 boxes or more; a flat 80 SAR applies below that. The price shown on the site at the time of confirmation is the price on the invoice, with nothing added.

5. Payment

Nothing is charged when you send a request. After confirmation we issue an invoice with full details. Payment is by bank transfer, or by card payment link (mada / Visa / Mastercard) on request. Payment is due before the delivery slot unless agreed otherwise in writing with companies working on purchase orders.

6. Changes and cancellation

You can change quantities or the mix, or cancel, free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery time. Inside the last 24 hours we charge 50% of the order value, because preparation has started. If delivery fails because nobody is available, the address is wrong or you cannot be reached, the full order is charged.

If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund any amount paid in full.

7. Food safety and allergens

Sandwiches are served cold and prepared on the morning of delivery. Keep them refrigerated and consume within 4 hours of delivery.

We list the main allergens for every item. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, sesame, soy, fish and shellfish, and we cannot guarantee any item is entirely free of them. It is your responsibility to tell us about allergies in the order notes.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, and we will tell you about any delay as soon as we know.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law. If there is a dispute, please contact us first; you also have the right to refer it to the Ministry of Commerce.

10. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when an order is confirmed applies to that order. Last updated: 13 September 2026.
