Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

When you send an order request: your name, mobile number and email, optionally your company name, plus the delivery address, order details and notes. We use these to confirm and fulfil the order, issue the invoice and contact you about it.

When you tap a WhatsApp or call button: we record that a tap happened, from which page, and with whatever order details were filled in at the time, so we can follow up orders that arrive through chat. The conversation itself happens on WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Your order draft is kept in your browser's local storage so a page refresh doesn't lose it. It only reaches us when you submit.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics (cookie-free) and may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages visited, button taps, and anonymised session recordings in which typed fields are masked automatically. Cookies are used for this purpose only; we do not use them for targeted advertising.

4. Who we share data with

Service providers processing data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (order database), Resend (email delivery) and the analytics providers above. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be stored on these providers' servers outside Saudi Arabia.

5. Retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Saudi commercial and tax regulations require, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is kept for the providers' standard periods.

6. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email ops@options.com.sa and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Updates
